Person Specification
? Have a caring disposition
? Have or willing to work towards an NVQ level 2 or above, in Health and Social Care, and or the Care Certificate
? Experience working within a previous care setting is desirable
? Reliable and punctual
? Understanding of the Health & Social Care Act and Health & Safety legislation
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Professional, confident and warm personality
