Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.

• Support residents with dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.

• Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being.

• Assist with mealtimes and ensure residents receive appropriate support.

• Monitor residents’ comfort and report any changes in their condition.

• Provide emotional support and companionship.

• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.

• Follow health, safety, and infection prevention procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the care team to provide person-centred care.
