Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.

• Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and well-being.

• Support and guide junior care staff in delivering quality care.

• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Assist with medication procedures in accordance with training and workplace policies.

• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.

• Support residents during mealtimes and mobility activities.

• Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety procedures.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Help ensure care plans are followed and person-centred care is maintained.
