Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents.

• Follow menus and accommodate special dietary requirements.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

• Ensure food is stored safely and stock is rotated correctly.

• Monitor kitchen supplies and minimise food waste.

• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.

• Follow food safety and health and safety regulations.

• Work collaboratively with the catering team to provide quality meals.

• Maintain appropriate kitchen and food safety records.
