Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our residential care home team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and delivering a varied programme of meaningful activities that promote residents’ wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement daily and weekly activity schedules tailored to residents’ needs and preferences.

Facilitate group and one?to?one activities, including arts and crafts, reminiscence sessions, music, exercise, and cognitive?stimulating tasks.

Encourage resident participation while respecting individual choice and capacity.

Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure activities are integrated into residents’ care plans.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, engagement, and wellbeing outcomes.

Support events, celebrations, and community involvement within the home.
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or in a care?home environment (desirable).
