The Role
As a Casual Care Assistant, you will step in to support our regular team during annual leave or sickness. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing warm, person-centred care and companionship.
- Assisting service users with daily living routines, mobility, and personal care.
- Helping with meals, nutrition, and light domestic tasks.
- Ensuring the dignity, safety, and well-being of those we support.
What We Are Looking For
- A genuinely compassionate, reliable, and patient personality.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Flexibility to pick up shifts, sometimes at short notice.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
