• Shifts: 8am – 8pm  

Join our dedicated team at Parklands Care Home and play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents every day.

We're looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading by example.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
• Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
• Assess, plan and review residents' care needs.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to any concerns.
• Lead and support the care team throughout your shift.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance are maintained.

About You

• A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
• Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
• Confident leading and supporting care teams.
• Strong clinical, communication and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, professional and committed to high standards of care.
• A positive role model who leads by example.
