Job Summary
Red Court Care Community – Grantham
Hours: 22 hours per week

Red Court Care Community is looking for 2 caring and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.
The successful candidates will help provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.

Supporting residents with dressing, mobility and mealtimes.

Promoting residents’ dignity, privacy and independence.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ health or wellbeing.

Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment.

Following care plans, policies and procedures.
Skills / Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills A caring
- compassionate and patient approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to treat residents with dignity
- respect and kindness Good organisational skills and a reliable attitude Ability to follow instructions and care procedures Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
