Are you an experienced Regional Support Manager looking for your next challenge, or an exceptional Home Manager ready to take the next step into a multi-site role?

As a Regional Support Manager, you'll provide hands-on operational support across a portfolio of 7 care homes, helping services navigate change, address challenges and improve performance. Working alongside Home Managers, you'll share your expertise, support service improvements and provide practical guidance where it's needed most, helping homes maintain high standards of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide operational support and expertise across a portfolio of care homes, including acting as Registered Manager when required.
  • Support Home Managers to implement service improvement plans and maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance and practical support to Home Managers and Deputy Managers, sharing knowledge and best practice to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Assist homes with CQC and Local Authority inspections, helping teams prepare and address any areas for improvement.
  • Work alongside home teams to identify challenges, resolve issues and support sustainable improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, families and local stakeholders.
  • Support regional projects and deputise for the District Manager when required.

What you’ll bring:

You’ll be a supportive, adaptable leader who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and helping others succeed. Most importantly, you’ll share our passion for delivering exceptional care and creating environments where residents and colleagues can thrive.

You’ll also have:

  • Previous experience as a Home Manager or Regional Support Manager within a residential care setting.
  • A strong understanding of care quality, with experience driving continuous improvement and achieving positive CQC and regulatory outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, care legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and key external stakeholders.
  • Excellent coaching, communication and organisational skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).

If you thrive on variety, enjoy helping others succeed and want to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
