Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals for residents.

• Cater to individual dietary needs and special diets.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

• Ensure food is stored and handled safely.

• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient.

Requirements

• Previous cooking or catering experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.

• Ability to prepare meals according to residents’ dietary requirements.

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.

• A caring attitude and willingness to support residents’ needs.
