As a senior Care Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents in a person-centred manner, promoting their dignity, independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives by delivering the very best standards of care. Responsibilities involve administering medication.
Ideally, experience in a care environment and an NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, and your genuine desire to develop a career in this field, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team
