Job Summary
Clinical Lead – £55,000 per annum
Location: Dartford, Kent (DA1)
Hours: 45 hours per week
West Hill Care Home, a 76-bed elderly care home in Dartford, is seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate Clinical Lead to provide strong clinical leadership and drive excellence in resident care
We are looking for a proactive leader who can work closely with the Home Manager to maintain regulatory compliance, improve clinical standards and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.

Skills / Qualifications
- Current NMC registration and proven clinical leadership experience within elderly care.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
- fundamental standards and relevant health and social care legislation.
- A proven track record of maintaining high standards of care and achieving positive CQC inspection outcomes.
- Experience preparing for inspections
- leading clinical audits
