Job Summary
More than a job. An opportunity to create, connect and make a difference.
At Avery Healthcare, we put residents at the heart of everything we do. Our ambition is to be the best care provider in the UK, and sharing what makes each home unique is part of that journey.
We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our supportive, collaborative team. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing and social activity, bringing our homes’ stories to life through varied projects, campaigns and home visits. With your ideas welcomed, you’ll develop your skills, see your impact and help more people discover life at Avery.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our homes’ marketing needs, creating engaging, on-brand flyers, adverts and event materials, managing our print portal and coordinating suppliers to keep delivery on track.
You’ll also manage Avery’s Facebook and LinkedIn channels, creating posts, photographs and short videos that celebrate our residents, colleagues and home life. You’ll engage with our online communities and ensure content follows our brand and consent guidelines.
Working with the wider marketing team, you’ll support campaigns, website updates and storytelling across online and offline channels, using performance insights to drive awareness, enquiries and occupancy.
About You
You’re a confident marketing professional who combines creativity with excellent organisation. You enjoy building relationships, managing varied priorities and creating content that connects with different audiences.
You’ll have:
- Proven experience in a marketing executive or similar role, ideally within healthcare, hospitality or lifestyle.
- Experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn for a brand or business.
- Strong written communication skills and a creative eye for design, imagery and short video content.
- Experience in print production, supplier management and delivering marketing materials.
- Confidence using design and content creation tools, with familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar platforms an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to travel to our homes to capture content and support local activity.
Why Avery?
With more than 100 homes across the UK, Avery Healthcare offers the opportunity to develop your career and make a meaningful difference through your work.
Our benefits include:
- Spark Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Hapi App
- Blue Light Card reimbursement
