Job Summary
Highbury Rise is a beatiful homely 22 bedroom residential care home in the well sought after market town of Hitchin.. We provide care for older people, some of which have dementia.
We are now looking for Senior care assistant, nights to join our team. You will work well as part of a team and share our vision to provide patience, empathy, person centred care and you will take pride in ensuring your team deliver the same. You will oversee two care assistants on shift and allocate their duties and supervise accordingly. You will also administer medication and take the lead on shift.

Skills / Qualifications
- Level 3 Health and Social care diploma or willing to work towards. Minimum level 2 in health and social care or equivalent. Supervisory experience. Team leader. Good communicator. Team player.
