Registered Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Registered Manager who can bring strong leadership, clear direction, and a hands-on approach to support service improvement and provide consistent, high-quality care.

This is an opportunity for someone who is committed to building a positive team culture, improving standards, and leading by example. The ideal candidate will have the experience and drive to strengthen care delivery, support staff development, and embed good practices. Proficiency with care planning systems is essential.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership/management role within a care home setting.
• Sound knowledge of dementia care, particularly mild and moderate stages.
• Proven ability to manage staff teams, coordinate services, and deliver high-quality care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in using IT systems and care planning platforms.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, Health and Safety, including accident reporting and fire procedures and CQC standards.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
