Lead Nurse EMI and EOL Unit

About the Role

As Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the nursing team, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and dignified care. You will help maintain high standards of clinical practice, with a particular focus on supporting individuals living with dementia and mental health needs.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid NMC registration.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Experience in dementia care and an understanding of residents’ individual needs.
• Previous experience managing, supporting and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable and responsible approach, with a good attendance record.
• A full driving licence and the ability to drive.
