Day Care Assistant – Manor House

Manor House is looking for a caring and compassionate Day Care Assistant to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents
• Assisting with daily activities and promoting independence
• Supporting residents living with dementia
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in elderly care is desired
• Experience supporting individuals with dementia is an advantage
• A caring, reliable, and patient nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
