We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Organise Fun Activities – From arts & crafts and music sessions to quizzes and outings.
- Accompany & Support – Assist residents with local trips and hospital appointments, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable.
- Build Meaningful Connections – Spend quality time getting to know our residents' individual hobbies, interests, and life stories.
- Bring Happiness & Vitality – Help create a vibrant, warm, and uplifting environment where every resident feels valued and engaged.
What We’re Looking For:
- Full, clean Driving Licence (Essential)
- A creative, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine heart for care
- Experience in care or activity planning is a bonus, but a passion for making people smile is essential!
