We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Gardener who takes pride in their work. This is your opportunity to maintain and enhance our gardens, patios and grounds, helping make our home a beautiful, safe and enjoyable place to live.

About the Role

Working closely with the Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll care for our lawns, flowerbeds, plant containers, trees and landscaping features, keeping our outdoor spaces looking their best throughout the year.

Your work will include mowing, weeding, watering, mulching and pruning, alongside other garden and grounds maintenance tasks. You’ll plan and organise your work around the needs of the home, following health and safety guidelines to keep outdoor areas welcoming and safe.

About You

You’re an experienced gardener with a practical approach, an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

You’ll have:

• An RHS Level 2 Horticulture qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a gardening environment.
• Good knowledge of garden maintenance tasks.
• A clean UK driving licence.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
• A flexible approach and a clear awareness of health and safety.
