Bespoke Care sells Iceni House care home

A purpose-built 74 bed care home known as Iceni House in Swaffham, Norfolk has been sold to Target Healthcare REIT Limited and Norfolk Care Homes Limited.

Bepoke Care acted for the vendors, Zest Care Homes Limited, and approached a select number of parties with regards to this ‘off market’ opportunity. The sale was tightly managed and concluded within a few months.

Iceni House provides accommodation for 74 residents in generously proportioned single bedrooms with en-suite wet room facilities, spacious public areas; as well as activity rooms, hair-dressing salons and therapy rooms.

The care home is located next to a large GP practice, two large supermarkets (Waitrose and Tesco) and is within walking distance of the busy market town of Swaffham.
