Well done Jo

Congratulations are in order for Riversway team leader Jo Willims who has recently completed her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Jo, who became a carer in 2009 after spending a number of years in the human resources sector, has worked her way up in previous roles which have included senior carer, and deputy, assistant and acting manager for a home.

She has now passed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care and looks forward to her continuing career at Springhill.

Jo points to the support of her colleagues including Jan, Mandy, Jacquie and Sarah for giving her the support she needed to achieve the milestone.

She is now hoping to work towards a management position in her own right, to put her knowledge and skills to good use.
