Monthly Residents' Meeting

Our monthly Residents' meeting is one of the most important social afternoons when everyone can share ideas and give the suggestions on how we can improve in all departments, and to deliver outstanding care to all our residents, to discuss daily life, hospitality and life enrichment in our Home.

At this month's meeting we also discussed the role of our Resident Ambassadors, Dementia and Speak Up Champions.
