Ready, Steady, COOK!

Here at Sutton Rose, the opportunity to discover new hobbies and interest are endless, but it’s just as important to continue doing the things you’ve always loved doing too. The smell of freshly baked flap jack filled the corridors as our keen chefs got to work whisking up some tasty treats. Activities Coordinator Danielle said, "From bringing back those memories to building a positive relationship with food, this is the perfect activity to get those senses going. Baking is a fabulous way of keeping the brain active." We love seeing the smiles on our residents faces as our talented cooks got right to work with cracking eggs and mixing the perfect mix.

There was only one word to describe these goodies - Deeeeeeellliccccciouussssss!
