Morar Living has announced the official opening of Wimborne Manor, which offers a range of care services.
These include nursing, residential, respite, dementia and end-of-life care.
The home aims to support residents in a way that promotes comfort, independence and wellbeing.
Ben Maynard, spokesperson for Wimborne Manor, said: "At Wimborne Manor, we see the person before the care need.
New care home offers personalised support, from dementia to respite care "Every individual who comes through our doors brings their own story, their own preferences, and their own sense of self—and our role is to support them in living the life they choose, with dignity and purpose."
The home also provides shared spaces for meals and activities, as well as a garden.
Each resident will have a care plan designed around their specific needs and interests.
Mr Maynard added: "We’re not just building a care home—we’re building a community.
"One where residents, families and staff all feel included, supported and at home."
Families in Dorset who are in need of care services can now visit Wimborne Manor.
