Rose Lodge Care Home remains ‘Good’ in latest CQC inspection

Rose Lodge Care Home in the heart of Market Deeping, Lincolnshire, is delighted to announce it has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in all key inspection areas: safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness, and well-led, after its latest inspection. The report, published at the end of December 2025, acknowledged that the service was consistently well run and delivered safe, caring and person?centred support. The inspectors praised the staff for their compassionate and effective care, with residents and families sharing positive feedback about the quality of services provided. During the inspection, when talking to the inspectors, one of the residents said, “Everyone is kind to me. I love them all and they love me. They make me feel happy here.” When asked about experiences and activities in the home, one resident explained, “We went to Stamford, Peterborough Cathedral, Hunstanton, and they have a pat dog in and the children. There is always something to do.” A family member told Inspectors, “I have had conversations with her, and she is approachable. She seems to try and help everyone.
