This week, we’re shining the Westergate House spotlight on Michael, who has been a valued member of our care home family for an amazing 14 years! Michael says the reason he loves his role is simple - he genuinely enjoys helping people and being part of such a fantastic staff team. His kindness and dedication make a real difference to every single day. Outside of work, Michael has a sense of adventure too! He’s travelled to Japan with friends and loves immersing himself in different cultures. When relaxing at home, you’ll often find him reading and collecting comic books. Thank you, Michael, for everything you do - we’re so lucky to have you as part of our team!
