STAFF CELEBRATES MILESTONE SERVICE AT ROSE LODGE CARE HOME

Rose Lodge care home, in Wisbech, was full celebrations for one of their staff who celebrated 10 years of service.

Beccy Worlding started at Rose Lodge in May 2016 as Administration Assistant and was promoted to Administrator in September 2022. Beccy supports the home, her colleagues, visitors and residents and is a huge source of information and support each day.

General Manager Meg Jones said: “Beccy is always the calm smiling face you see when you come through the door each day. Beccy is dedicated, dependable and shows kindness each day to everyone she meets. Beccy supports so many of us we would all be truly lost without her so it was amazing to be able to celebrate her today and acknowledge her loyalty and dedication- big well done and thank you Beccy”

Beccy said “Thank you so much to everyone, it is lovely to be recognised by all of you and the flowers are beautiful”

Beccy was treated by her colleagues and Barchester Healthcare to flowers, cards, a gift card and a £250 love 2 shop voucher and was then whisked off for lunch.
