Balsham Choir Brings Joyful Morning of Music to Humfrey Lodge

Residents at Humfrey Lodge Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, were treated to a heartwarming and uplifting musical performance when the Balsham Choir visited the home for a special morning of song and celebration.

Residents sang along, clapped to the music and embraced the cheerful atmosphere created by the choir, making it an experience for everyone involved.

Weronika, Lifestyle Coordinator at Humfrey Lodge, said the event was a wonderful opportunity to bring residents together through the power of music and community connection.

The visit was especially meaningful as the choir leader is a family member of one of the residents at Humfrey Lodge, highlighting the home’s commitment to building strong relationships with residents’ loved ones and involving families in meaningful experiences within the home.

Resident and Home Ambassador Malcolm said: “I felt so happy listening to the Balsham Choir. The music was beautiful and made the whole home feel warm and cheerful. It was such a special morning!”
