Paul Begins New Chapter at Liberty House After Move

Liberty House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, is delighted to share the successful move of resident Paul from Elizabeth House to Liberty House in Doncaster, where he has already settled in well and is enjoying his new surroundings.

After spending four happy years at Elizabeth House, Paul recently made the 180-mile journey to Liberty House to begin the next chapter of his care journey closer to his wife’s grave with support within the Runwood Homes family.

Moving home can often feel daunting, particularly over such a long distance, but the teams at both Elizabeth House and Liberty House worked closely together to ensure the transition was as smooth and comfortable as possible for Paul.

Since arriving at Liberty House, Paul has quickly settled into his new environment, getting to know residents and team members while enjoying all the activities and support the home has to offer.

The move highlights the strong support network across Runwood Homes Group, where homes work together to ensure residents continue to receive high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
