BUSHEY HOUSE BEAUMONT CARE HOME CELEBRATES CARERS WEEK

Staff and residents at Bushey House Beaumont Care Home in Bushey have been celebrating Carers Week by recognising the dedication, compassion and hard work of the home's exceptional carers and nurses.

The week-long celebration began with a special wellbeing day delivered by the team from Bushey Grove Leisure Centre. Leanne, Leoni and their colleagues visited the home to provide a range of relaxing and restorative activities for staff, including body analysis sessions, mindfulness workshops, mini manicures and soothing massages.

To complement the wellbeing activities, the home's talented chef team prepared a delicious healthy lunch along with a selection of sweet treats, giving staff the opportunity to relax and enjoy some well-deserved time together.

The celebrations continued on Tuesday when local business M.K. Ginder & Son generously donated two hampers as a thank you to the care team for their continued hard work and dedication.

The week concluded with a special carers celebration in the home's conservatory, where each member of staff received a gift from Barchester Healthcare in recognition of their commitment to providing outstanding care to residents.

The atmosphere throughout the week was warm, friendly and full of appreciation, with colleagues coming together to celebrate the important role carers play in supporting residents every day.
