Therapy Ponies

Residents and staff thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful visit from therapy ponies Flicker and Wilson. Residents had the opportunity to interact with, stroke, and spend time with the pony, which sparked happy memories and encouraged social engagement.

The ponies were able to interact with residents in lounges and communal areas as well as from the comfort of their own bedrooms which ensured everyone had a chance for some time with them.
