Amazing place. The staff are all nice and welcome us with a big smile every time we visit Mum. So friendly and the place is spotless. They take really good care of my mum and all the residents.

My aunt has settled well in Pontcanna House and is very happy to have company all day. She is happy, well looked after and safe. She enjoys the entertainment, singing and joining in with the other residents. Her well being has improved and she is happy to always have someone to chat to as she can
still enjoy company. As a visitor we are always made to feel welcome and comfortable.

My mum is very well looked after for her dementia, arthritis and IBS. She likes to sleep in late and this is also catered for. She is encouraged to interact with staff and other residents. She seems very content in herself. All the staff are extremely competent and kind. They do not hesitate to
refer mum to a doctor or other professionals if needed. They are very welcoming to family.

I love it here in Pontcanna House. The food is very nice and the staff are very supportive and caring. The management is running the home in a fantastic manner.

I'm really pleased with the care my Mum receives from all staff at Pontcanna House Care Home. It is exceptionally clean and all staff are always happy and helpful. Mum enjoys getting her nails painted different colours every week, and the entertainment they provide. Staff make an extra effort when
it is occasions like Halloween, Christmas, Easter etc.

Mum has been a resident at Pontcanna House for 12 years. The care Mum receives is wonderful. The staff and management go the extra mile, give Mum that cuddle, speak to her in French (her other spoken language) etc. Mum's personal care is exceptional, nails painted and clothes always clean. We
couldn't ask for more from a care home.

My mother has been resident in Pontcanna House for just over 3 years and I am very happy with the care she is provided with.
Mum is very happy in the lake home and is always clean and looking very healthy.
The staff are all very friendly and genuinely care about all the residents.

We received a very warm welcome from the manager and her staff when Dad came to Pontcanna House. The place is spotlessly clean, choice of good food offered and an excellent activity schedule. Staff offer warm, friendly and family-orientated care to residents and their families. We are very pleased
that our dad is residing in such a lovely home.

I visit my friend in Pontcanna House every two weeks. The staff always make me welcome. Staff are always friendly. They always offer me drinks eg: coffee, tea etc. and sometimes I am offered lunch.

The care experience is perfect for my mother, who has dementia, the home facilitates the best of care in this department, offering activities as much as possible during the covid restrictions, and now since opening up more. My mother always says that all the staff are lovely to her and she is well
looked after for her personal needs, which I can tell that she is very content with. Food lovely.

Our experience of Pontcanna House has been absolutely fantastic. Everything my mum needs is provided for and the staff are just brilliant - nothing is too much trouble. The environment is warm and friendly and my mum is so happy. The whole environment is like a home from home.

I like the residential home very much.
I am a doctor from Ukraine, I have not seen my husband for the last two years due to Covid. When I visited this home I had a very nice welcome from the management and the staff and I was very happy seeing my husband looking very well.

Lovely staff, look after residents well. Activities on today, musician coming in to entertain the residents which is lovely. Always well cleaned and looked after. Can see nice Easter decorations around. Nan seems happy, nice atmosphere here.

The care home is perfect. My mum is very happy and well looked after. Staff are amazing, treating and loving her so much. They even learned Romanian (basic) to communicate better with her. Everything is amazing, staff, care home, food and atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff, and especially to the
manager; she is so amazing.

I like the residential home very much.
