Whenever me and my wife comes we are welcome with smile. All staff are very helpful. What can I say about manager, always has time for us. Always welcome without appointment. Keep it up. Well done.

We have been visiting Asra House for two months and found each and evert staff helping with smile to all the residents. Sometimes I have been at meal times and found the food has been very good. Ruth the home manager is excellent person. Not only has time for residents bit has time to please
relatives as well. The team work under the manager (Ruth) is excellent.

What a wonderful care home! My mum has made this her home and I am so pleased as she is so well looked after. The staff (every single one) are warm and how empathy. The manager, Ruth, is one we can go to any time and very approachable! I am so much at peace that my mum is happy here.

I am satisfied in all respect and recommend whoever wants to come here. I am personally very happy. I treat this home as my retired home. The management in all resects is very good.

Excellent care home staff. All staff are very knowledgeable, kind and caring. It is very reassuring that the resident has found a home where he genuinely feels and looks happy. Food is excellent, as well as the various activities. We are so happy that the resident is settled well.

I am very pleased with all the staff at Asra House, they go out of their way to help residents. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They work long hours and are always smiling.

The most difficult decision we had to make regarding a care home for our mother. Asra House has met and provided all Mum's needs. She is well looked after and the staff are amazing. Not to mention the food variety daily. Whenever we go to visit we can see how attentive the staff are towards the
residents something which is important to us and makes us feel comfortable.
Mum is getting more confused due to her mental condition and we're reassured and can see she is getting the best care.

We put our mum into Asra house around 3 years ago, since then the staff have been very caring and supportive of our mums needs.
The food served is lovely with lots of variety and the activities they carry out at the home are very engaging. With entertainment from drawing to playing dominios, and
singing bhajans. It would be great to see the residents and my mum on more outings especially as the weather is getting warmer now.
To improve a couple of suggestions to add would be if review meetings can be done when family members are more able to attend possibly after 4pm or early evening. This would help me have a better feel of the day to day routines and can contribute on how we can work together and make suggestions to the home.
They report any health concerns and staff are vigilant with care needs, which reassures us that she is being looked after well. Mum seems content whenever we see her which makes us feel this was the best place we could have put our mum.

This care home was our family's lifesaver in our hour of need. The Asra House was a Gujarati-speaking care home that provided high-quality accommodation and catered for all my mum's needs including food, culture, companionship and activities.
The attention to detail was excellent. The staff were
attentive and picked up on the fact that her health deteriorated in the middle of the night suddenly and got her medical help for which I will always be grateful.
Excellent team, excellent home!

I cannot fault the care and the attention to detail throughout the care home. The staff are caring, friendly and are always well briefed. My mum has been a resident for 2 years and in all that time, we, as a family have had peace of mind that she is in safe hands. Her personal and medical needs are
well met and we have always got an update from the team.
My mum is involved in the activities they provide and enjoys them.

Our experience has been excellent. My grandma stayed at Asra House in January 2024 and she had an amazing time. Everyone is so welcoming and caring. Since then we have managed to book my Grandma for 2 weeks in January 2025. The service we received from the initial phone call to enquire, assessing my
grandma and quick and fast communication with the social services has been handled extremely well and professionally. We are so grateful for the staff at Asra House and their support. This has allowed my parents to go away on holiday in peace knowing my grandma will be looked after really well. We really appreciate everyone at Asra House and their support. It's a very friendly environment and I would rate it being one of the best care homes in the region.

My aunt has been a resident at Asra House for 4 years and is ongoing. During this time, Asra's team has worked closely with her to ensure she receives personalized, high-quality care that promotes both physical and emotional well-being. My aunt enjoys engaging in activities and the care team makes
sure to include these in her daily routine. Regular monitoring by the health team has helped with her medical conditions effectively. The care team at Asra places a strong emphasis on emotional well-being. My aunty enjoys socializing with other residents and participates in group activities. The facility fosters a welcoming atmosphere for family members to feel comfortable discussing any concerns and providing input to ensure the care aligns with her needs. My aunt is receiving exceptional care at Asra where her individual needs and preferences are prioritized. The care team's dedication to providing compassionate, person-centred care ensures that my aunt continues to live with dignity and satisfaction.

Staff are very good with Dad. They have supported and continue to support him. Dad stated to us and his friends that he really likes living here and the staff do look after him. We are so happy to find Asra House.

My mum was at this care home for eight weeks respite care, she was looked after and supported by a fabulous group of carers and made amazing progress. I would highly recommend Asra House Residential Care Home for the fabulous facilities, personal service and great carers. Thank you to all!

I cannot praise the care given to my father highly enough. He was very reluctant to move into a care home to start with, but he settled in quickly, and he was very happy and always smiling. The staff are absolutely amazing and are there for all your needs, both resident and family.

The staff are very caring and look after me very well. I am very happy with the service. The food is delicious. Homely environment. The home is very clean and tidy. My room is very organised and cleaned by staff on a regular basis.
