My sister was in residence at the above home from September 2024 to September 2025. My sister's care varied from carer to carer, and had hoped for more activities, individual possibly. A light bright home with comfortable room, I felt my sister was treated with dignity as much as possible and help
on hand re encouragement of mealtimes and for taking medication were grateful for the care she received in her difficult condition.

I have complete faith in all staff to look after my husbands needs.

I visit my wife everyday over the last 2 months and have met all the staff. Everyone is dedicated totally caring, dedicated to the residents and supporting relatives. Any worries I have about my wife is quickly addressed. I am full of admiration for all who work here. If it was in my power I would
double their salaries. The staff is what makes this care home. Thank you to one and all.

I couldn't thank the staff enough for the wonderful day they had arranged for this resident's birthday. She had a beautiful birthday cake and many cards, flowers, and presents from staff and residents. She had her nails painted, hair dressed had been, and birthday banners. On the walls were photos
of her from years gone by. She couldn't have asked for more, she was made to feel like a queen, even a 'Birthday Queen' badge. Thanks to all.

Thank you so much for the lovely coffee and cake, and for being able to speak and chat with residents who all seem to be happy, enjoying coffee, tea and cakes.

My sister is very happy here. She is well looked after. All the staff are wonderful and they are happy and cheerful all the time. My sister loves it here and rarely mentions coming home, which is a weight off our minds. It is clean and never smells. Thank you everyone.

Toray Pines have opened a dementia cafe, and I was there on the first morning. What a fantastic idea. The home are putting on a lot of events to raise awareness of dementia and offer advice/information to residents, staff, relatives and anyone from the wider community. Staff were, as always, polite,
engaging, and compassionate. The visiting music entertainment was greatly enjoyed by all.

Have had no problems with updates on my dad's reviews and updates. The staff have been friendly and helpful. Other than one issue which has been totally reviewed and sorted. I have no concerns and like where my dad is and he's comfy.

Lovely care home, pleasant surroundings and caring staff. Care is individually tailored to each resident, family members are included in the care of the resident and activities. My father highly rates the food! All in all, very happy with Toray Pines.

Since my nan arrived in July on respite care and then on to becoming a full-time resident, the staff have been helpful in helping her settle in, and keeping her busy with activities the best they can. They phone when and if they have a concern. They have even taken her out on trips.

My cousin has been made very welcome at Toray Pines. The food is excellent and the care is very good. They went above and beyond to get her a room at very short notice. Every time I visit she is very content.

Toray Pines is a warm, welcoming home with first-class, hard-working, caring and compassionate staff, and the interaction with residents, their families and friends is heartwarming. Management is always available to help regarding any concerns. Food always looks appetising and smells delicious,
great menu choices too! Would highly recommend this 'home from home'.

When visiting both relatives, the staff are easily approachable. Will give information and updates freely. The atmosphere is very friendly, you can have a laugh and are encouraged to participate in activities and events.

Overall a good experience, all staff ready to assist on request. All questions/queries answered to a satisfactory level. All staff from management downwards pleasant to talk to, willing to discuss any matters within reason and within confidentiality boundaries. Both my parents are in the home and
they seem happy and content with their situation.

Mum came into Toray Pines for some respite care. She settled so well that we have applied for full-time care. All the carers, second to none, have shown nothing but respect, kindness and understanding of Mum's needs. Even when at her most difficult times they have been so caring. It is a pleasure to
visit this wonderful place and see Mum almost back to the Mum I once had. I would recommend this home to anyone. Top class.
