My mom came to the home from the hospital, she settled in quickly and liked her living situation, namely her own room and en-suite.
We, as a family, were very impressed with all the staff and the care/attention they gave each resident.
On every occasion, I was always met with a warm welcome from
staff, the home was always clean, warm and generally well maintained.
The setting is wonderful, peaceful and conducive to the ongoing care and needs of all residents.

Words will never be enough to explain how we feel about the care at Haresbrook Park - from the moment our mum entered, we knew it was a home from home.
The facilities and staff are immeasurable, kindness, patience, empathy and patience in abundance - simply amazing.
We as a family cannot thank you

From the warmth of the welcome on arrival at Haresbrook Parl, our experience has been excellent throughout my mum's stay. She had a lovely bedroom with a comfortable bed, a brand new ensuite and fabulous view across the lake, open countryside, ducks, geese, and even Fred the Peacock! Added to
outstanding, expert dementia support, we could not have asked for more. We are delighted to recommend.

I find the care here outstanding. Its person centered so all dad's needs have been met. There is a kindness and patience from the staff and each staff member is highly qualified and very well trained. Dad has been here for well over a year and he is more settled and at peace within himself than
before when he was at home, he struggled on every level.

From the first time of entering Haresbrook, I was impressed with how friendly everyone was. Welcoming my nephew brought me to see my sister's new home. I felt happy for her to be a resident here; it felt right from the first day. I felt confident about leaving May here to be cared for, and I haven't
been worried or disappointed at all. The food looks and smells delicious, her room is comfortable, very clean, and peaceful when she needs to sleep in during the daytime. Residents are friendly. There is nothing to dislike about the home. "Friendly, caring staff"

Genuinely cannot thank the management (Sophie), reception (Sophie & Karen) and all the nurses and care team. Dad has received the best care from everyone, and I will be eternally grateful. Always keeping us updated with his care plan and giving reassurance that he is being cared for and nothing is

Staff are brilliant, especially Sophie (manager), Sophie (reception) and Karen. My dad has gone downhill very recently, and they've all been brilliant and so considerate. I feel so reassured that he is receiving the best care when I am not able to be here. The staff genuinely care - thank you!

My father came to this care home in the middle of March and was welcomed very warmly. The staff are all excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I feel that this is not a care home, it is a very warm friendly home, treating all the people like their own family. I would recommend this care home to
anyone and give it 5 stars.

My dad has only been at Haresbrook House for around 3 weeks and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Its very clean & always a cuppa tea on offer.

When I visit my dad at Haresbrook it is a happy experience for me. It's hard enough that my dad has complex dementia but the staff at Haresbrook and the loving atmosphere that they all provide makes me more relaxed when I visit. Dad is always happy and he is always clean and well cared for. As he
deteriorates I don't need to worry as everyone who cares for my dad truly cares and it really is a wonderful place for him to be living in - thank you all at Haresbrook!

The team at Haresbrook are kind, caring and compassionate. They have been caring for my father for nearly two years and continue to ensure that he feels settled and safe. The home is undergoing some renovations and it is clear that it will enhance the overall experience even further for everyone.

Mom is assisted with all aspects of her care. Mom's physical presentation (clothes, personal hygiene/hair) is always good. Staff are kind, gentle, supportive and encourage mom to join activities. Staff are always approachable. Management are knowledgeable. Staff communicate very well in all aspects
of mom's care. Mom has access to a varied diet and plenty of fluids. Overall, positive review. Thanks to all at Haresbrook Park Care Home.

From the beginning of my mother's time at Harebrook Park Care Home (August 2024) we have been impressed with all aspects of this well run care home. The staff and management all appear to work their best for their residents and they do a difficult job with kindness and skill. Since her arrival at
Harebrook, my mother has been free from stress and seems happy in her world.

It's been 2 years now, the staff are excellent and are very caring, not only to my wife but I have also noticed with other residents. It's nice that a monthly newsletter is produced to keep us updated with what's coming up and also photographs of previous months events. Also to see items on the

We have been very happy with Haresbrook Park Care Home. Mum came here from a significantly poorer home and has been very well looked after at Haresbrook. The staff are friendly and helpful, mum receives great, respectful care. She is now very healthy and happy. She looks and seems so well and happy,
we are so pleased to see how well she is cared for. We would highly recommend Haresbrook.
