Just from the posts I see on social media you can see how much love and care you show your residents is highly recommend ;)
The amount you go out your way and personally from knowing Mandy I can say she goes above and beyond for the company and residents she works with always putting a smile on

I was previously concerned with the care and support and value for money. I am now fully satisfied that both were addressed to my satisfaction following consultation with management and senior nurses. I feel this has established a positive outcome as well as a close relationship with the
professionals providing care to my mum.

Brilliant staff who engage with the residents. Events taking place to keep residents and relatives alert and as active as possible.

Everyone is so kind and makes the residents feel really at home. My husband has recently turned 80 years young, and we had a lovely party courtesy of the staff.

My mom was a resident at Oldbury Grange and was looked after impeccably during her time there. My only wish is that she had been there longer, but, sadly, she passed away.
I called in today to see the staff and Jodie, with my friend who isn't happy with the care her in-laws are receiving in a care
home in Wolverhampton. She was delighted to see the beauty of the building and grounds. The sign says pop in for a cuppa, no appointment needed. This speaks volumes. Jodie and several staff members who remembered me made Deb and I very welcome. Hopefully Deb will be able to move her in-laws down there once there's suitable rooms available for them.
I honestly can't rate Oldbury Grange high enough.
Well done Jodie and your team. Your genuine care and compassion is second to none. Thankyou for all you do , you are amazing!

Oldbury Grange and staff are fantastic. They are so caring, and the interaction with residents is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone associated with this fantastic place. It is a pleasure to visit. The cake is fabulous too.

Care of dad is excellent, support and compassion and staff out of this world, very friendly, patient and understanding.

Lovely nursing home. Always made very welcome . Its so reassuring to know Mum is so well looked after and is safe. Staff are amazing so friendly and caring.

The staff are very friendly when you come see my great grandma and look after all of the residents that live here.

My husband stayed for 2 weeks whilst I had some respite. He was well looked after and fed.

My mom is having respite care here while she is waiting for a social services assessment ,
My mom says the food is very nice ,and she has settled in very quickly ,which is a relief for the family.
My mom has also told me that she is being very well cared for,at this nursing home.
The
wonderful nursing homes staff are always pleasant, helpful and happy and nothing is to much trouble, thank you .

Fantastic staff who care for my nan, nothing is too much trouble for them.
The place offers so much for their residents on site and off site day trips. Couldn't ask for a better care home.

This is definitely a 5 star team.
Excellent customer care and support for residents and families.
Staff are above and beyond all the standards.
The building and gardens are the most beautifully maintained and well designed.
My mother in law stays here and has the time of her life.
The
activities are very regular and keep all the residents busy and smiling.

My father in law has been at Oldbury for around 7 months now. Watching his health and overall spark improve has been amazing and that's down to Oldbury. All the staff are friendly and approachable and make us feel welcomed and comfortable when we visit. Sometimes I visit straight from finishing work
and the staff always offer me drinks and a bite to eat which shows how family orientated the home is. No complaints at all, would recommend Oldbury to everyone I speak to.

I had the pleasure of attending Oldbury Grange Care home, due to a friend staying there for Respite care . I can honestly say I always looked forward to going to this establishment As there was a truly wonderful community feel which greeted you as soon as you walk through the door.
