I am passionate about the quality-of-life experience for each and every resident. My mission is to ensure that Oldbury Grange is a vibrant and enjoyable place in which to live and be cared for. I aim to support and develop the team at Oldbury Grange and help them to reach their goals and provide residents with the best quality care.
I have enjoyed working in the healthcare sector for nine years, starting as a registered nurse in a complex care setting and also working with people living with Dementia, mental health conditions and in palliative care.
In my various roles as a registered nurse, unit manager, clinical project manager and also in compliance roles, I have gained several qualifications along the way, including Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

I have over 30 years of experience within the Education sector and my last four years have been within the social care sector working for Morris Care in Telford and relocating recently to Oldbury in Bridgnorth.

In my role as Reception Host, I can personally guarantee a warm welcome for anyone visiting Oldbury, and this warmth is reflected throughout our Home. It has a positive atmosphere with colleagues who enjoy not only what they do but doing it together for the benefit of residents.
Mandy organises and delivers a programme of thoughtfully designed activities and events that promote social interaction, independence and occupation. Through careful assessment of each of our resident’s individual needs and abilities, she designs and leads the group and one-to-one activities which enhance the quality of life for each resident.
