My father in law has been at Oldbury for around 7 months now. Watching his health and overall spark improve has been amazing and that's down to Oldbury. All the staff are friendly and approachable and make us feel welcomed and comfortable when we visit. Sometimes I visit straight from finishing work and the staff always offer me drinks and a bite to eat which shows how family orientated the home is. No complaints at all, would recommend Oldbury to everyone I speak to.

There is no better. After preparing for the day my mother could not manage, for a few years, we researched many different care homes but only one shone out as a clear winner. Our research had paid off. My mother is totally contented as are we. The peace of mind for us in having her with people who genuinely do care and in system where the management is exceptional and all of the staff seem to be able to contribute 100% of what is needed to care for the elderly who cannot care for themselves at all times. This is quite an exceptional ability.

Such a wonderful Nursing Home, the staff and carers are first class and my mum who has dementia is very settled and enjoys all the activities and events, of which there are many. Her happiness is evident from the socials. I can't thank the home enough for their care towards my mum, I know she's in the best hands, thank you all.

Atmosphere in the home is friendly and relaxed, it runs smoothly and is clearly well managed. Lots of activities are available, catering for a wide range of interests. It's staff are its best asset- everyone working there will go out of their way to be of help if needed and always with a smile and genuinely caring about the residents, visiting and other staff. I have visited relatives in other nursing homes in recent years and think Oldbury Grange is by far the best I've seen, it is a lovely nursing home.

Everything about Oldbury Grange is everything that you would hope for from such a home. The setting is just wonderful with open views and lots of accessible outside space. The management and all staff are wonderful attentive, responsive and proactive, nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to the events team who work tirelessly providing for and engaging activities for the residents. Congrats to all who work at OG to make it the place it is.

My husband is in respite care at Oldbury Grange for a second time. All of the staff are great, making him and myself more than welcome. As well as giving him the general care he needs, they visit him regularly for a chat and to ensure he's well and if he needs anything. He's always invited to attend any events going on.
The food provided is excellent, he can have whatever he wants, and if anything he wants isn't available they will send out and get it for him. Nothing too much trouble.
Management go out of their way to find a room to suit him, being blind and deaf he has specific needs, he likes sitting outside so they found him a room with an outside door so he could sit out.

Just a couple of very small issues, I'm not sure why he doesn't have a duvet on his bed, just a sheet and a thin blanket. Also the buzzers from surrounding rooms are going almost a 24/7 which gets on his nerves, but on the whole it's a wonderful home, and my husband will return if he needs respite care in future

I cannot thank the manager and all the staff members enough for how they have treated my dad, he was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and mixed Dementia.
He absolutely loves living at the home and settled in from the offset.
Two members of staff have been marvellous and have certainly set the bar high, the whole set up really is fantastic and you genuinely can feel the love and kindness from each and one of the team.
If you're looking for a suitable place for your loved one to move too then I'd highly encourage you to visit Oldbury Grange!
A huge thank you for how you all have been so kind and loving too Dad.

Thank you
