I wouldn't recommend this care home to anyone. My mother was very ill, wasting away grieving for her family. She passed away 22nd May 2021. When my GP phoned to tell me she was at the end of her life, I asked the manager if we could see her to say our goodbyes but we were refused and was told
they would phone us when the time came. My sister travelled 100 miles the day before but they still wouldn't let her see my mother. Myself and my brother were allowed in but she died as soon as we arrived. I feel angry that we were denied this basic right, although we had all been vaccinated and tested. Communication was appalling.
