I wouldn't recommend this care home to anyone. My mother was very ill, wasting away grieving for her family.
She passed away 22nd May 2021.
When my GP phoned to tell me she was at the end of her life, I asked the manager if we could see her to say our goodbyes but we were refused and was told they

would phone us when the time came.
My sister travelled 100 miles the day before but they still wouldn't let her see my mother.
Myself and my brother were allowed in but she died as soon as we arrived.
I feel angry that we were denied this basic right, although we had all been vaccinated and tested.
Communication was appalling.

We are also sorry that Government restrictions prevented additional family from entering the Home at this sad time. We have a duty of care to all of our residents and staff members to keep them safe during the current adverse climate. We wish that all family members could be with their loved ones, but sadly this is not the case during a pandemic.
