Great care and staff. The home is always presented to a good standard. Nothing was ever a problem to the staff, they were always happy to help.

The home is very warm and friendly. My mother is cared for very well indeed. If any problems arise I am contacted and informed. The home has lots of events, summer fayre, celebrations etc, and my mother is always encouraged to take part. My mother's room is always kept very clean and tidy and her clothes are laundered regularly.

At a difficult time of adjustment for my mother everyone has been very caring. After each visit I am happy that she is in good hands.

Mother has been resident for several months we found everything & everyone totally to our satisfaction & that has continued throughout. Whilst mam has good & bad days due to dementia the staff have been great & always keep us well involved & informed very happy with everything.

Staff have all been lovely at settling my dad in. He's always smartly dressed when I see him which I know would be very important to him. Dad seems very content.

The home is clean and well presented staff are always pleasant and friendly very helpful and listen to you, they ask if we have any concerns and make sure it is done. Management team always helpful and advise to best way forward.

Beautiful home, lovely staff, always helping my grandma. Very professional and attentive. Food is brilliant, lots to do, and the garden is so peaceful. Thank you for everything.

My mum was discharged from hospital for respite care. Within a week of being here the improvement to both her physical and mental health has been incredible, and we are hoping she can go home much sooner then planned. The staff are extremely helpful, pleasant and supportive. Every aspect of my mums stay has been excellent, we have been very impressed.

Management very professional but very friendly as well. Staff are very attentive, friendly and can't do enough for you or my mum. Management and staff go above and beyond. Security second to none. Mom is very happy here, would recommend to anyone.

Staff are excellent, mother is extremely happy being here. I am happy with the care my mother receives. Can't thank the staff enough. Home always clean and tidy. Smells fresh. Food is good.

My dad is very happy and settled in Stoneleigh. The staff are excellent and always attend to his needs whenever needed. They are all very pleasant, lovely carers. The home is always of a high standard, very clean and tidy. My dad always enjoys his meals here and the selection is great. We are all very happy how he has settled at Stoneleigh.

In general, care has been lovely for Mam. Mam's health is deteriorating and she is doing a lot less i.e.: hobbies etc. But staff always encourage to partake and go to lounge and mix.

Absolutely fantastic place and staff are going above and beyond to look after my mother-in-law. Lovely friendly atmosphere and has totally put our mind at rest knowing she's being really cared for thanks too all the amazing staff.
