We cannot thank the management team and staff enough for the care and compassion they gave to my mum in her final days. Although she was only with Woodside for the final two weeks of her life it was made comfortable and more importantly pain free. The nursing staff kept us up to date on a daily basis which made things so much easier for us. I cannot speak highly enough of them all. Once again, thank you Woodside.
It's always daunting having to think about sending a loved one away for respite as you never know what to expect but all I can say that I was absolutely delighted that we chose Woodside Hall !! From the moment we viewed the home we felt at home,as the staff are all so welcoming & kind with all my questions answered in a professional manner, so I knew than that Mum would indeed be happy to stay there for 3 weeks & I'm amazed she did as she's so critical of everything ! She said that the staff were all lovely, she loved being out in the garden everyday & I know she enjoyed the banter & being around others after being so isolated in her room @ home for so long. We would not hesitate sending Mum back there again & it so happens she will be in October ! Thankyou to you all for looking after Mum as I cannot fault the dignity & respect you showed her. We felt relieved that we can now go away knowing she's in such caring hands with all her needs taken care of, it was one less worry for us.

We hold Woodside Hall in the very highest regard. The staff are professional and personal: a combination not always easy to achieve, but WH does so with efficiency, sensitivity and with a smile. We know my father-in-law is safe, comfortable and happy. We score the activities only a slight notch lower, simply because he does not always participate. We would recommend WH without reservation.
From the day I visited Woodside Hall I felt it was a suitable place for my husband, and I was right, he settled in with the help of caring staff.
