Everyone in the home has been more than helpful. They are always cheerful and can't do enough to help.

Dad has settled in well, he is well looked after with 24/7 care. The staff are amazing with him and treat him respectfully.
Dad is happy, he loves the food and his cups of tea, which the staff are always willing to get for him when needed. Would highly recommend Avenue Road Nursing Home.

My wife moved from another home to Avenue Road shortly before they changed ownership. Since then, there has been a continuous improvement in all the facilities and, very importantly, the recruitment of staff. The staff care about caring and encourage and help visitors as well as each other. They
work as a team.
I can easily get information about my wife from them, and I have full access to an excellent set of records.

All the carers are excellent with me, feel safe and generally happy with the care I get. Friendly, homely environment.

Friendly staff. Rather tired furniture. However is well clean and maintained. Great activities. The manager is very approachable and visible. Residents are treated with kindness and respect.

The home is comfortable and welcoming, clean and tidy. The staff to know residents very well and try to accommodate their likes and dislikes. Our friend is very accommodated and contented here, feels safe and well looked after. Manager is very approachable and friendly.

They have always engaged with my grandmother in ways which was a joy to watch. Always get us updated and asked relevant questions.

Over the 2 and a half that mum was cared for by the nursing home was excellent she was cared for with dignity and understanding. Mum was clean and comfortable. They were always patient with mum when giving her food and drink. She was always happy and content. I appreciate what they did for mum. I
would always recommend people to taking their family member to this nursing home because they will get excellent care.

All the staff are friendly and appears to care about the welfare of the residents. Activities are arranged with the residents which family and friends are invited. Regular reviews of residents care package.

Since coming to Avenue Rd, Nursing Home I have been treated very well, staff, manager, they all have been kind and courteous. The food has been very good, good portion sites and varied menu. Second to none.

My mother has been at Avenue Road for some time and has settled well. She has always been treated with respect and with extreme dignity staff are friendly at all times and always available.
It's a friendly place for her to live and I would highly recommend Avenue Road.

My Mother has been a resident for a couple of years. She is very happy and settled here. The staff are kind and from what I have seen always treat the residents with care, dignity, and respect. My Mother is looked after, happy and safe which is important. My only issue is that I don't always feel
welcomed as a visitor by some of the staff.

My mother has been a resident in the Avenue since 2021 and last week celebrated her 104th birthday. We are happy with her care and she is very fond of the staff smiling whenever they come to her room. She still enjoys her meals and drinks well, if in the mood!
