Since coming to Avenue Rd, Nursing Home I have been treated very well, staff, manager, they all have been kind and courteous. The food has been very good, good portion sites and varied menu. Second to none.

My mother has been at Avenue Road for some time and has settled well. She has always been treated with respect and with extreme dignity staff are friendly at all times and always available.
It's a friendly place for her to live and I would highly recommend Avenue Road.

My Mother has been a resident for a couple of years. She is very happy and settled here. The staff are kind and from what I have seen always treat the residents with care, dignity, and respect. My Mother is looked after, happy and safe which is important. My only issue is that I don't always feel
welcomed as a visitor by some of the staff.

My mother has been a resident in the Avenue since 2021 and last week celebrated her 104th birthday. We are happy with her care and she is very fond of the staff smiling whenever they come to her room. She still enjoys her meals and drinks well, if in the mood!

Have always found staff to be very pleasant and caring. Nursing home as a very homely atmosphere. My mother is happy living there and finds all staff very good. Her needs are being met and she is no longer anxious about her future. For me, it is a joy to see her less anxious and content. I am
convinced it is due to the care she is receiving. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursing home.

My uncle has settled in very well at Avenue Road Nursing Home. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. He is being looked after very well.

When visiting, my father-in-law is always clean, tidy and dressed well (all clothes match in colour). His bedroom is always clean, tidy and presentable. His personal care is exceptional, if he asked for certain things to eat, they are obtained for him. The staff are always pleasant, polite,
respectful, caring and committed. We have no worries.

The care myself and my wife receive is first-class. Without the care of the nurses and carers, I wouldn't be alive. Very satisfied.

My mum had had a severe stroke and spent only a few weeks in Avenue Road Nursing Home after 5 months in hospital. We were made very welcome when visiting our mum by all staff. The atmosphere was very homely with all staff being friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this home. Our mum
had her birthday with my 2 sisters visiting who Facetimed the rest of us. Thank you to all the staff.

Nice atmosphere to the home. Mum was in the care home for a couple of weeks. Sadly passed away due to her illness, but during her time spent there we were really pleased with the level of care provided by the friendly and caring staff.

Excellent standard of care from staff who are very professional and caring. Throughout the covid pandemic, the care and safety of the residents has been paramount. My wife is very comfortable and well attended by the friendly staff. The food is also excellent. During visiting, I am always made to
feel welcome and at home. It means so much to be confident in the high-quality care my wife receives.

Extremely relaxing 24hr care. The home has a real homely feel. Carers and nurses took great care during her stay. Very grateful for her end of life care. So supportive of us even with Covid-19. I would recommend this care home to all.

Decor is in serious need of updating along with general furnishings. This is theoretically my family members home and this, apart from the care, should be a "home from home". There has been three managers in the last two years which be very unsettling for the staff. In my opinion, owners should take
full responsibility for all the above.

Decor very poor needs updating also furnishings. This is theoretically the resident's home apart from the care, should be home from home for the residents.
