Bankhouse is excellent. My mother hasn't been here long, and she's come on in leaps and bounds. She loves it. The staff and care team are friendly and always there to help. The ground floor, building and rooms are well maintained. Excellent!

Visited mum today Re Review. Having visited after 1 month since last time staff continue to have a good relationship with Mum. Mum always appears happy & dressed tidy. The area where Mum stays is clean & tidy & staff are always on hand to support all residents. Many Thanks Bankhouse for your care xx

My nan has been very happy here and seems to have enjoyed her time and having company in the communal room I think that the care home have done a brilliant job.
All the nurses and care staff are visible all the time .
The menu look very good and well presented

I found the nursing home since she's been her to be really friendly making you feel like you part of family. I am really happy with the staff and being included in what they do. Even when short staffed they do a really good job.

My review really covers the full period of time my mam was at Bankhouse. Mam was always well cared for, with dignity & respect. The care & nursing staff were always helpful, kept us informed of how mam's day had been & any changes in her health. They showed her love & made her feel safe. As a
family, they made us feel welcome & assured that mam was well cared for & happy. They supported us so much during mam's final days.
These staff members go over & above to care for the residents, they treat them as if they are their own loved ones.
I cannot comment on the food as mam was a non eater but what we saw looked & smelt delicious.

I think the staff are friendly and polite. Nothing too much bother. Mater us feel included in everything they do.
And they do their best when short staffed even cleaning staff are polite and kitchen staff down to maintenance staff.

All staff & managers are very good. They are helping all the time, food look nice, kitchen and bedroom clean. I visit my husband Wal every week on long unit.
To the manager of Bankhouse Care Home, I wish to express sincere thanks, to all the staff, at your Care Home, who show such love,
compassion, friendliness and are all so very caring. Whenever I visit my hubby, Wal, I am welcomed with a cheery smile and if I am "feeling down", they always show love and support, towards me.
It is better than any medication!!!
Respect, dignity and love, towards not only Wal, but all the residents, of Bankhouse Care Home, is so important and it reassures, the loved ones, that that is show at all times!!!

In the time my mother has been in the care home, we haven't had any problems. She has settled in very well. The staff are friendly and very helpfull if any problems arrise.

Cant praise the management and staff enough in this care home. My aunty had great care and support throughout her 4 week stay. Nothing was to much trouble for them and all staff was so happy and freindly. There was lots of Christmas activities going on in december and my aunt also had the option of
having her hair done every week.

The care is great and the staff very friendly. I love to come here. Im coming on daily basis and I spend more then 3h with the staff and my husband here in the care home. He stays in short unit and all the time the staff are nice and supportive, polite, professional. Even when I entry the home all
appear nice and calm. Food looking good and tast it good. Cleaning is very good, all the time is clean and smells nice in the home and also in the uni

My father has been in Bankouse Care Home for 6 years, it has been a very positive stressfree time for myself and my family. We have had no issues or complaints at all, he has had no falls, accidents, or any real illnesses since going to Bankhouse. When we visit, we are treated with respect and find
the home to be very caring and friendly, we feel it has a very family feel there. Nothing is too much for the staff, even if it is busy, they find time to answer our questions and we are never felt to be in the way or a nuisance there. My father loves singing and is encouraged by the brilliant two staff members in particular to enjoy himself. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that he is being so cared for and loved by all the staff at Bankhouse. I leave there with no worries at all as I know he is very well looked after. He is always spotlessly clean. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to make my father and all the residents feel as if they matter. We as a family appreciate it so much thank you.

Nursing care excellent, professional, caring and friendly. Staff are always helpful and approachable. All needs attended to promptly and to a very good standard. Felt relative was in safe and caring hands. Regular communication with staff regarding care.

I am SO pleased we found Bankhouse. Dad arrived in a bad way 18 months ago and significantly improved within a few months. Every aspect has been first-class. We have always been delighted with the professionalism and genuineness of everyone. Dad was a retired professional with a great deal of world
experience and whilst he was a gentle soul he was very particular, had high expectations and full mental capacity. I'm so pleased he felt very at home at Bankhouse (as a self funder he was able to relocate if he wanted to). Staff were always available, welcoming, warm and cheerful. It was a huge comfort to know Dad was in such lovely care and such a kind environment.

It was really clear when we first visited Bankhouse that there was a fantastic culture of genuine care. Way better than others we had visited. It's proven to be everything we expected. We feel very lucky with our choice.
