Excellent home. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. There's lots of engagement with the residents. They have fun activities, movie nights, snacks, games, or just a nice sit down and chat. They also provide great rehab work to try and get them back to their best.
We've been very impressed
with the experience so far.

Marie is really enjoying her time with you. She looks fantastic. She enjoys the games. Marie has said that all staff are lovely and help her with all her needs. As a family we thank you for all your doing to recuperate her.

Excellent care and compassion given to family member, treated with respect and dignity at all times,all staff are professional and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble. The home is spotless at all times,activities every day if residents wish to join in. Always keep you up todate with any
concerns or changes. Very high staffing levels to meet residents needs and support with on going care.

My mom was discharged to Hollybush to get her stronger for coming home. Unfortunately she deteriorated and was moved to palliative care at Hollybush. The staff were absolutely amazing, she was treated with dignity and respect until the end.

Care staff are great, always polite and my relative always looks clean and tidy. There always seems to be activities taking place which helps stimulate the residents.
Only negative would be that you aren't always informed about things and communication is not always effective.

My time at Hollybush house has been very good. Staff helpful and kind, couldn't have been anywhere else to make me feel happier.

Very pleased with the level of care my husband is receiving. He is always clean and has no smells from incontinence pads. Lovely care staff - very supportive and friendly. The only small negative is the washing gets mixed up from time to tie, but that's not serious. All in all, a very caring and
pleasant care home.

Mother incapable of filling in form, and unfortunately we're not in a position to have the funds to pay. If we did, she wouldn't be there! She got out of the building twice. Whilst this could happen once, twice is unacceptable. Sadly has been here nine months. It seems that her behaviour is proving
to be challenging for this placement - advanced dementia, but very mobile and active.

All staff that I have met, and spoken to on the telephone, are polite, courteous and well informed about all issues raised about my mother, who is a resident at Hollybush House care home. The staff are outstanding in their ability to ensure a safe and friendly visit and keep my mother entertained!
