Absolutely excellent care home. My mum loves it here the staff the management and home cooked food everyday. Ruby & Tom since taking over have improved the home with reinvestment new flooring & decoration to name a few. It's a very homely feeling and the staff are like a second family to our mum.

I am very pleased with the care my mother continues to receive at Holly Bank. My Mum has vascular dementia and is sadly a long way along on this journey. She is virtually non-verbal and bed bound. The staff treat my Mum with the utmost respect, kindness and love. The Holly Bank team work like a
family and treat the residents as part of their family. This makes all the difference and helps me and my family deal with this dreadful condition. Any requests I have are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Ruby, the manager adopts an holistic approach to the care of each patient which is very refreshing and very much appreciated.

My grandma has been at Hollybank for just over 12 months. During this time, she has had so much care and attention. The staff always go above and beyond for residents and visitors. Nothing is ever to much. They often have events for the residents and family's with singers and food which my grandma
throughly enjoys! My grandma feels part of the Hollybank family!

This home is absolutely fantastic, the staff are friendly and stop what they are doing to make time to speak to us about our family member. The level of care and compassion is amazing and I belive my family member is treated with love and respect and feels she is part of the Holy Bank family now. I

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Holly Bank Care Home. My dear friend Susan was a resident there for a considerable time, and throughout her stay she was extremely well looked after and cared for.
It was a great comfort and pleasure to see her so happy, comfortable, and settled in such a
caring and friendly environment. Each visit made it clear that the staff's warmth, compassion, and dedication shine through in everything they do. The atmosphere at Holly Bank is one of genuine kindness, and it was wonderful to witness the depth of care provided to my friend.
I am truly grateful to all the team for the exceptional support and compassion they showed. Holly Bank is a place where residents are not only cared for but cherished, and that makes all the difference

Very happy with the care my father is reciving, the staff are very professional and friendly , very welcoming to visitors ,in a pleasent well managed inviroment , my farther is very comfortable here and the family very much appreciate this.

The staff and residents at Holly Bank have all been outstanding. Very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them at all! Im only sorry that our mum didnt get to stay for longer. A real gem of a place that deserves a lot of praise.

Ruby and all staff at Holly Bank Nursing Home are very special people, Residents are treated like family members and are looked after in a friendly but professional manner, they are very well cared for and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the respect that they show the residents in both
caring and looking after them is so obvious, my Dad was there for just over three weeks in August with end of life Alzheimers and i watched the respect, care and dignity they showed him and also myself, even when he passed away they done everything, if you are looking for a nursing home for a loved one have no hesitation in choosing this very special nursing home, i had no concerns with this place only peace of mind.

We found the care excellent . All the family and patient wishes were taken into consideration at all times. Manager and staff were very helpful all the time my family member was in the home. We would recommend them to family and friends. Due to warm family atmosphere and care.

My mum has been living at Holly Bank Nursing Home for 5 weeks and she is so well cared for. The staff are super and all of them are so friendly and cheerful nothing is too much trouble, it has a very peaceful calm atmosphere as you enter, its like a little family and I know my mum is very happy
living there.

Excellent care and attention provided by all members of staff. They are cheerful, helpful, and friendly and keep me informed of any issues arising, any appointments that my father attends, and anything that he requires from me or my family. Food is very good and every effort is made to assist with
feeding and drinking if required. Regular activities are arranged and family are encouraged and invited to attend. I have no hesitation in recommending Holly Bank Nursing Home.

My father has been a resident for nearly a year now, and has a high level of care needs which they have attended to very well. Everyone had been very helpful and considerate. I would have no problem recommending Holly Bank Nursing home.

My Mum has been a resident at Holly Bank Nursing Home for a number of years, however since the new team have taken over she has been moved to a much better room with a much improved view. Nothing is to much trouble for the team and my Mum is always well cared for and most importantly happy!

Would like to thank the manager and all staff at Holly Bank for the care they provided to my father during his stay with them. They were excellent and the level of communication was brilliant, he really settled well and the team couldn't do enough to make him comfortable.

My brother has been in the home for a month now, and the care is exceptional, from the all the staff, and would recommend this home. It's only a small home for 12 people, and management keep up you updated and nothing is to much trouble. Thank you.

I truly struck oil on choosing this home. The care, compassion, empathy and kindness given and shown by everyone to my husband is really exceptional. I feel I can rest knowing he is in safe hands. With grateful thanks to all.

Thank you to all the amazing staff at Holly Bank Care Home for the outstanding care of my dear aunt. You all made her last few weeks so comfortable and so well cared for. Thank you to all the nurses, care staff, kitchen staff, and cleaners who cared for my aunty with great care and compassion. We
are incredibly grateful for everything you all did, treated my aunt with care dignity and kindness and made her last few weeks as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble always staff available to speak to you and answer any questions supportive and friendly. Supported us as a family thank you so much to the Manager and her amazing team God bless you all for everything you do.

My dad has only been at Holly Bank for just over a week, but the difference in him is unbelievable. It’s a 100% improvement. The staff are marvellous. Nothing is too much trouble. The care they give my dad is first-class.

Although my husband has only been a resident here for one week, I can see a 100% improvement in his health and wellbeing.
The attention and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. I cannot praise them all enough.
They are so supportive and always available.

Her room is lovely and bright. All the staff are so attentive, caring and friendly and always offer visitors a hot drink. I've visited many care homes and nursing homes over the years. Holly Bank stands out stands out as an exceptional one. My aunt is so comfortable and her appetite has improved
considerably.
A lot to recommend for sure.
