My husband came to Holly Bank Nursing Home after a spell in Southport Hospital. Holly Bank team/staff and management instantly made my husband feel welcome, safe and comfortable. My husband settled in well and is looked after very well by the Nursing and Care Team and I am pleased with the Managers (Ruby and Tom) who have a lot of experience in the care sector. My husband has settled in well and is happy with his care. The staff always make me feel very welcome when I arrive to visit my husband and I feel a part of the Holly Bank family.

I am politely looked after by the staff and all the staffs are brilliant. I am very satisfied with the care and nothing to complaint about. My wife and grandchildren visits me very often and they are pleased with the care I am getting. We had few occasions as Residents Concert where we all sang and was amazing, Singer was invited and families were invited.

Dad moved in to Holly Bank after his previous home couldn't care for him any more. From day one, the Holly Bank team made him feel instantly safe, comfortable, and at home.
The owners, Tom and Ruby, have a wealth of experience in the NHS and care sector through their careers, all of which you can see they've brought into the home. The staff are equally experienced and have a wonderful bedside manner.
Wellbeing-wise, there are regular events and occasions organised, with entertainment, singers and food for families.
All in all, I feel very grateful that dad is at Holly Bank. I can see he's calm, content and feels loved. It's a joy to come and see him, and that's about as big a review as I can give. We all know there are tough times as our parents get older, but when I visit him I see him as my dad, and he sees me as his son. No stress, just nice time together.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to our whole team to know that your dad feels safe, comfortable and at home with us. I am very pleased with the care my mother continues to receive at Holly Bank. My Mum has vascular dementia and is sadly a long way along on this journey. She is virtually non-verbal and bed bound. The staff treat my Mum with the utmost respect, kindness and love. The Holly Bank team work like a family and treat the residents as part of their family. This makes all the difference and helps me and my family deal with this dreadful condition. Any requests I have are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Ruby, the manager adopts an holistic approach to the care of each patient which is very refreshing and very much appreciated.
Thank you so much Tracy for sharing such kind words. The team here at Holly Bank nursing home care all residents as a family as you said. I will pass this to the team and will continue with high standards of care. And thank you again for your immensely kind words.

Excellent care and attention provided by all members of staff. They are cheerful, helpful, and friendly and keep me informed of any issues arising, any appointments that my father attends, and anything that he requires from me or my family. Food is very good and every effort is made to assist with feeding and drinking if required. Regular activities are arranged and family are encouraged and invited to attend.
