From the very first time I met a member of staff, my sister and I felt very welcome. All the staff are extremely kind and helpful. My sister feels very happy and secure here.

My mum was a resident at Dorley House for 16 months. From the first day she arrived she was warmly welcomed by all the staff, which made her settle in very quickly. This gave us the re-assurance we needed knowing that she was being cared for in a safe and caring environment. I could not have wished
for more loving and caring staff to take care of mum. The care home was always very clean and tidy and the staff always treated the residence and visitors with the utmost respect and kindness. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home. I will forever be grateful for all the love, kindness and support they gave to my mum and myself.

The staff are very kind and very supportive of all the residents. They have been wonderful and kind to Mum since she came to Dorley House. They keep the residents entertained with lots of activities and visitors. They ensure all Mum's needs are met.

The team at Dorley House work very hard to create a warm, welcoming and happy environment. The building is old, but it is kept very clean. The staff are gentle, friendly and thoughtful. They have built a lovely relationship with my mum. Mum, after a respite stay, has asked to stay forever. She
particularly enjoys the lovely garden and the food. They have an outing each month, and all the facilities they might need are brought to them. Long may Dorley prosper. This is a really lovely home.

My mother spent her final three years at Dorley House. All the staff were caring and supportive. They are professional, knowledgeable but most of all kind. I am so thankful to everyone there for making mum's time with them special.

Dorley House had a lovely friendly vib as soon as I entered with my dog. All residents seems happy, content and well catered for. We look forward to our next visit.

The staff and care given to my husband is excellent couldn't wish for more. He took a while to settle but the staff have taken all the time and care for him to be settled. He now seems content and happy.

My husband has been in the home for 9 months. He has always been treated with care and respect. He had a few problems setting in but the staff supported us both through this transition.

Since mum arrived she has seemed very happy. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. They have made mum very welcome and when we visit we are greeted like old friends. The main room is bright and residents interact with each other well.

The caring staff are always kind, friendly, attentive and professional and do everything to keep our mother looked after and well cared for. We know she is in excellent hands and enjoying the welcome and family days we share there. They exceed our expectations.

This is a wonderful care home, which looked after my very elderly aunt who had dementia and who recently passed away. She was always treated with dignity and respect. The staff treat their residents with obvious compassion and love. They were always really helpful and delightful to talk to. We had
to travel a long way to visit and were always offered food and refreshments. We received regular updates and newsletters and the care was first class. I would not hesitate to recommend Dorley House to care for your loved one.

My wife suffers from vascular dementia. She was a resident at Dorley House for respite for a 2-week period, for her, and my, first time. After initially settling in, she was fine and safe. She was not anxious. I would certainly consider her return to Dorley House.

My Mum spent two years in the care of the staff of Dorley House. I have nothing but the highest of praise and infinite thanks and gratitude for the way my Mum was cared for in her last two years. I was kept informed of any issues, increased medications, concerns and welfare. The staff are
marvellous, simply the best anyone could wish for in caring for a dementia patient.

Dorley House has provided an excellent service of care and support, they are very understanding and keen to meet all my Mother's needs. They take time to listen to any concerns I may raise about her health and address them very quickly, keeping me informed on any decisions or extra support she may
need. Dorley House has a wonderful, caring, cheerful and friendly atmosphere, always welcoming, providing an excellent and loving service. Thank you.

My husband is looked after very well. The staff are kind, friendly and efficient. My husband always seems happy as are the other residents. The staff always do activities and there is always music on. The care home is very homely.

I am extremely happy with the care my father is receiving at Dorley House. The staff are all friendly, gentle and efficient, and provide activities for the residents. There is always a range of music playing and even an old Hammond organ in one of the lounges! The home has a bright, light feel to it
and the bedrooms are modern and well equipped. It is a peaceful setting with a beautiful garden and wonderful staff. My dad is relaxed, happy and in safe hands. What more can you ask for?
