I have found the staff to always be friendly, welcoming and helpful. The home is always warm and clean on every visit. Very content with the level of care provided.

I would just like to say that I am very happy with the care my mum receives at Camphill Care Home. I know my mum doesn't know what's going on around. I have told them that once I smell mum I will tell them. The home is so handy for my dad and myself, dad lives at the top of the road, I live at the
bottom. But the staff are so friendly and helpful, and not appreciated enough.

Since my mother has been in Camphill she has been treated with dignity and care. Very content and staff are amazing. Although mum cant participate in any activities she enjoys watching and loves when the dogs visit.

Staff always courteous and helpful when I interact with them, only fortnightly visits (caring duties at home). I find everything appears calm and in order. Waking my sister she greets everyone with a big smile so I take it she is happy with staff as she speaks only a few words necessitating reading
her facial expressions. Dental hygiene improves when I have had to point out gum condition a known problem. I find laundry hard on clothes, shrinking them, some get damaged and named socks go missing. It would be helpful for enquiries if phone signal covered all areas of Glendun.

My mother has been a resident in Camphill for over 4 years now. I am 100% satisfied with the care my mother receives. The staff are very considerate and caring. I am always informed when their is a change in mummys medication, staff display very good knowledge. Residents are very well entertained
and cared for.

My husband is a resident of Camphill Care Home Ballymena, and was a farmer until 4 years ago.
There is nothing going on for the farmer, such as videos of one man and his dog working with sheep. He also likes motorbike racing and motor racing, and nature programmes. Unless staff put on a new tube
for him, he doesn't know how to do that. I hope these come into action soon.

My mother is very well cared for. The staff are amazing. She's very fond of the carers and all the staff. I would highly recommend Camphill Care Home.

When I come to visit my friend, it is like calling into a friends house. The atmosphere is very welcoming and all the staff are very caring to both me and my friend. I can see the rapport they have with all the patients. The home is very clean and staff give me tea too. There are a lot of activities
and the residents are encouraged to take part. The music is a valuable part of the day.

My experience from my wife first arriving in the nursing home was very good. The nursing staff and caring staff were excellent and are very good to my wife. Very happy with nursing home.

My mum has been a resident in Camphill Care Home since April 2021. I have never had any concerns at all as all the staff, from cleaners to care staff to the nurses, have all been brilliant! The care and attention she receives is 100% every week. There is some form of entertainment and there is
always someone ready to have a chat or a joke with every resident.

My mother moved into Camphill in January 2019 as she has a lot of medical issues and was afraid of falls at home. It was her decision to move and chose Camphill because she was familiar with it, my late father in law was a resident there and my late father also resided there in 2004. All the staff
have become a 2nd family to her. They care for her medical needs and ensure she is happy and mentally stimulated. I am fully informed regarding her care and staff ensure my questions are dealt with. I am very happy with her care.

My family and I have been extremely happy with the care of our mother/wife at Camphill Care Home. We have found the staff to be very caring, compassionate and friendly. They are taking excellent care of our loved one and it's lovely to have piece of mind, especially during the pandemic when we are
unable to get into the home for regular visits. Our mum/wife is clearly happy and content. We have also been pleased with the high level of cleanliness at the home.

Staff and management at Camphill are very helpful, friendly and caring. They go out of their way to ensure all needs of the resident are met both physically and emotionally. Nothing is too much trouble. They keep the family well informed and follow up quickly on any medical or personal issues. Newly
set up visits have been well-conducted and very safe. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Camphill is a wonderful care home. The staff are extremely caring, thoughtful, approachable and sensitive to the needs of the residents. The attention and level of care my aunt receives is excellent. The new arrangements for visiting since restrictions have eased are very well organised and safe. I
would strongly recommend this care home.

My aunt has been staying in Camphill Care Home for a number of years and we as a family feel very lucky that she is so well cared for and treated so kindly. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. During COVID times they are very careful to ensure that no COVID is brought in by visitors and we
are thankful for this protection of residents.

Clean and tidy home. Father is really happy and staff always on hand to deal with him. A lot of activities for patients to do. Staff always pleasant.

Daddy transferred to Camphill from another nursing unit and he has greatly improved as there is more stimulation for him at Camphill. He has a "thing" about his teeth and loses them regularly but the girls/staff keep an eye on them now. He has his tin whistle and plays a wee bit which is great. He
loves his music and we continue to bring it to him.

Transferred from another home and has been doing well since we don't find him sitting sleeping. Every day now when we come in, he was always building a puzzle. Today when we were in, he was alert and talking to us with sense.
