The care and kindness that my mother received at Springfield were outstanding. Their diligent and painstaking care over many months brought my mother back to a level of health that is far higher than her doctors anticipated would be possible, with the happy outcome that she has been able to return
home. The patience and compassion of the staff during challenging times was remarkable. She flourished as her health improved, taking part in a range of activities and making new friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Springfield and can only hope that if either of my parents need nursing home care in the future, that there will be a room available for them.

I have found the care home to be warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and kind. The atmosphere of the home is similar to a small hotel which I feel is a huge benefit to the residents. The staff and management are always willing to help fulfil an individual's needs. I would, and have,
definitely recommend Springfield House.
